Dear Mr. Leavitt,
     
It is good to hear that the SEC is finally considering evening the paying field 
for Investors - Institutional, lay person and/or Securities companies. For the 
longest period of time the securities companies and their "high rollers" 
Institutional and rich investors have had a field day by getting corporate 
information ahead of the public. With the advent of the Internet this should now
be mandatory for all to disclose every bit of information publicly. Hopefully 
you will enforce this requirement with immediate effect.
