I am opposed to anything that is not for FULL (and equal)disclosure to 
everyone.
EVERONE needs to be playing on a level playing field and selective 
disclosure undermines that and gives the "big players" an unfair advantage 
over the small investor. It is the small investor who needs protection in 
this as much as possible!
