Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Gentlemen:
     
In regard to the Proposed Regulation FD, I applaud you. It is well past time 
that individuals that own the stock be given the same treatment and news as 
analysts. We are after all, the owners of said companies. It creates terrible 
inefficiency if certain companies are able to profit off information that 
should be public.
     
I will be following this issue closely.
