Subject: Selective Disclosure

I am convinced selective disclosure does not support the average investor, nor 
does it go with the sign of the times (the information age).  It is, at best, an
unfair advantage, which is probably misused with no consequences are real 
accountability.  Please STOP this, and allow small investors the opportunity for
equal access to information in the same timely manner as those with larger 
pockets and obviously so much more to gain-usually at the small investors' 
expense. 
Thank you for the opportunity to voice my opinion on such an important issue.
