Subject: proposed regulation FD

Dear Sirs:
        Companies should be obligated to share important information to
their stockholders and not just to analysts or advisors.  After all, our 
money provides the capital through which they operate and expand.  It is our 
risk--it should be our reward.  If anything, analysts and advisors should be 
serving the company AND us.
