My name is Randy Morse from Waverly, Ne. and I commend you for your efforts 
on this insider information issue.
     
I am the President of a Corporation located in Lincoln, Ne. & it never ceases 
to amaze me, the amount of legalized corruption allowed to go on in a country 
that we toute as a democracy with fair & equal protection for all.
     
This insider information is nothing but a scam on the small investor, and yet 
 I just noticed on the news that they arrested several people lately for 
doing no more than the 'system' insiders do...diseminate critical information 
to a select few for their personal gain.  Of course, someone else unknowingly 
looses their retirement fund in the process.  It is disguisting to think that 
the big money insiders essentially are so inept that they feel they need an 
edge against the small investor that doesn't have a research team - only a 
child who is hoping to go to college some day with the investments that won't 
be there.
