Subject: "Proposed Regulation FD" 

FOR THOSE OF US who are too old to work and do not have enough income to 
comforably retire I say that it is high time we had an equal opportunity to 
invest for the security of the remainder of our lives. We have spent the 
majority of our lives and incomes raising our families and building this 
country into the solid foundation that it took to incubate the new 
businesses that today make the young so incredibly wealthy and the already 
rich so much more wealthy. It is time we had a level playing field where we 
can compete fairly to generate the security we so richly deserve. We are 
left with the necessity to gamble our limited incomes to find some sort of 
financial breathing room and I think a level playing field is owed to us. 
I'm sorry but at 69 I'm tired of "giving" and would like to "get" for a 
change! I'm willing to match my wits but lets play fair, OK?
