Date: 03/21/2000 8:28 PM Subject: Comments of proposed regulations Fair Disclosure (FD) Just becasue something has been done one way for a long, long time does not mean that it is good to let that certain way continue, unless there is strong and compelling justification. Such is not the case with the old status-quo method of selective disclosure, which unfairly favors and benefits selectively the more monied and powerful few, to the detriment of the well-being of the mass of the American citizenry. FAIR DISCLOSURE REGULATIONS SHOULD BE IMPLEMENTED AT THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE MOMENT. Thank you, SEC, for moving to protect the rights of ALL the investing citizenry in a non-selective and fair way.
