Subject: Selective Disclosure Date: 06/08/2000 12:00 PM Dear Sir; Please be advised that I am strongly opposed to the current practice of selectively disclosing company prospects to selected analysts/investment banking firms. This practice is against the best interests of any market. Any fool can beat the market if he/she has the equivalent of insider information. The average investor will become disheartened if the deck is stacked against him, and the markets will become inherently unfair. Please exercise your legal mandate to prohibit such noncompetitive activities as soon as possible. Yours truly, Al Mend
