Subject: Selective Disclosure------------------------------- Message Contents 
Just wanted express my opinion that the rule change for selective disclosure 
needs to be adopted. It is "unconscionable" that analysts get information 
before the public does. It is akin to allowing one party in a lawsuit to 
meet with the judge without the other party being present. Legal ethics do 
not allow this. Please adopt rules which stop such a practice. Thank You,
