Subject: selective disclosure and insider trading
 
To whom it may concern:
     
    As a new individual investor in the stock market I would like to see
a more even playing field. I believe this new rule will do just that. As 
it is now brokerage firms have an unfair advantage. I'm sure they do not 
want this advantage given away. Howevever, they are professionals, as 
well as better trained, and resourced to understand the market much 
better than I will ever be able to. I cannot understand why they believe 
this new rule will keep them from being the "experts" in the financial 
world.
