Subject: Proposed Regulation FD, comment

To whom it may concern,
     
I want to register my support for the proposed changes in regulations which 
would require public disclosure of material information. As a small investor 
and stockholder, I think it is wrong for companies to selectively disclose 
information to brokers and large investors only.
