Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Thank you for proposing regulation changes to combat selective 
disclosure of material information by public companies.  If such 
information is to be pass from the public company to others, it should 
be passed in such a manner that all intersted parties--individual 
investors as well as securities brokers and industry analysts--may 
reasonably have access at the same time.
