Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

I strongly support the implementation of the proposed regulations.  It's 
time for the independent investor to get a fair shake against the 
financially priveleged and connected, ie. professional brokers.  Let the 
brokers begin to earn their living with truly investigative reporting and 
analysis, not the dissemination of privileged leaked information.
