Subject: proposed regulation fd

I am a registered rep with Forsyth Securities and I am in total agreement with 
the subject reg. I am amazed that the SEC hasn't done this earlier. Not only 
does it level the playing field for the public but also for small retail brokers
like myself. Why should the big New York firms get selective material 
information before everyone else? Thank you-Steve Lang
