Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

It is about time for this legislation. The current rules make the 
system not much more than a dirty card game where half of the players 
no the next card and the rest of us do not. I feel I have worked no 
less to earn money to invest and that my stake in a company is worth 
as much to me as anyone else's.
     
Please proceed with this rule change. I applaud you for doing what 
should only amount to honesty and a better marketplace in the long 
run.
