Subject: comments on Proposed Regulation RD

After examining the recently announced Proposed Regulation FD, I would like to 
applaud the SEC and Mr. Levitt on their efforts to create a level playing field 
for ALL investors.  As a smaller investor, just getting started in the market, I
have been concerned about the seemingly common practice of selective disclosure 
and the unfair advantage it affords larger, institutional investors.
