Subject: Comment on proposed regulation FD

In business school at Florida State, I was taught that a free flow of 
information and an informed public was the great leveler of the market.  An 
efficient market was the term used, I believe.  
     
I salute and support your attempts to improve the free and full flow of 
information to the investor.  It is, after all, the investor, not the middle 
men and women in the brokerages that need the information.  
     
Count me in favor of full disclosure.
