Subject: Disclosure

It's about time we had full disclosure for all the Public and not the select 
few.
I can't believe it has taken so long to address this insider information 
situation that has existed forever. The average small investor should have the 
same access to information as the big guys. Let's level the playing field and 
see how everyone's rate of return is impacted.
