Subject: Proposed Regulation on Full Disclosure.
 
I encourage the establishment of full disclosure.  The current situation 
give to much of an advantage to the institutions and large investors.  I 
encourage the SEC to stand up to the special interest and make this a 
reality.  If we are truly living in the information age then please 
allow citizens to have this information.
