Subject: PROPOSED REGULATION FD

Dear Mr. Chairman Levitt:
     
        I urge you to implement this regulation to level the playing field
for the small investor.  In today's changing world, without this regulation 
those Wall Street analysts receiving the information essentially have 
"insider" information and profit handsomely from it.
