Subject: "Proposed Regulation FD"

It's about time the SEC/Mr. Levitt, did something to level the playing field 
between those in-the know (brokerages), and those who aren't (individual 
investors).  We should all be privy,  to all financial news, at the same time. 
While we are on the subject of fairness, every time there is an IPO and I can't 
participate in it from the beginning, I get incensed.  Market makers is another 
phrase that also leaves a sour taste in my mouth.  Thank you for listening to my
