Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

I am Larry Harmon, an individual investor.  I beleive the proposal that Mr. 
Levitt and the SEC is proposing is the only fair solution to a long standing 
problem.  Cetain individuals should not be priveleged with what should be 
common information available to the masses.  Thank you.
