Hackett, Jersey City NJ 07305 Individual Investor I believe that the current practices and the regulations that permit them are blatantly discriminatory and penalize investors like myself while rewarding the "big guys". The markets and the factors which influence them, the vagaries of corporate management and the factors that influence them are all such that a level playing field should be enjoyed by ALL investors. The fact that the institutional analysts are first in line to receive performance data and believe themselves to be the oracle princes of financial prognostication not only suggests an inflated opinion of their own contributions but gives the lie to the concept of a "free market". In any event I personally would like to see the concept of Fair disclosure implemented and then let the analysts really do some analyzing instead rubber stamping recommendations on the information that only they are privy to. If we can resolve this issue then perhaps we can get around to another of my favorite gripes- unequal investor opportunity for IPO participation. But, one thing at a time. Thank you, K.J. Hackett
