 Proposed Regulation FD, File No S7-31-99

 I have always believed in fair play. Individual investors deserve to recieve
 investing information when it is released by each company, not after a day of
 trading by the selected few while i wonder what has happened to the value of the
 stock that i am holding then finding out a day later after the selected few
 decide to release this new information  that has already greatly changed the
 value of my holdings.

 give me a break . please!!
