Subject: Leveling the Playing Field

If the SEC really cares about investors they will restrict the unethical 
maneuvers  by several Market Makers and ECN'S.
     
Level 2 quotes are now being used by many investors and I am 
shocked at the daily trading practices used by INCA.
With the extended trading hours the SEC has decided to ignore 
this glaring manipulation of NASDAQ stocks.
     
Please explain what the SEC plans to do about this situation.
