To Whom It May Concern,
     
I am encouraged to see you are proposing FD to level the playing field for 
individual investors. I invest on line and I know all are not going to like 
such a proposal but it's only fair. Financial professionals will have to 
fine tune their skills to do well instead of using unfair advantages.
