Subject: Proposed rule

I wholeheartedly advocate new rules that would level the playing field for all 
investors.  The market today is risky enough for the small investor without 
having to be blindsided by the big players.  If we do have a meltdown it is 
unfair for the small investor to have to bear the blunt of it by virtue of the 
unequal sharing of information.  Please help us, the new backbone of the market,
by giving us equal access to information upon which to make informed decisions.
