Subject: Proprosed Regulation FD

Mr. Levitt I certainly want to applaud and encourage your efforts to open 
the portals of information to those of us who are not in the "in crowd" on 
wallstreet. I don't live and work in New York nor do I have access to 
"selectively released information" that is germane to my investment 
decisions. I need a more "level playing field" in order to compete. I am 
Richard Clark, an individual investor, and look forward to your decision.
