Subject: Proposed regulation FD

Dear Sirs,
I am a small investor.  I invest in individual companies as well as mutual 
funds.  I try to do my homework and investigate the companies I am investing 
in.  It is very disheartening to hear news, late, that something good is 
coming for a company, which would make it attractive to purchase and find out 
that the big boys got the information signficantly earlier and have driven up 
the price.  I am already handicapped on getting early information because I 
am an RN by profession and not a broker or trader who can watch for released 
information all day.  Make them play fair.  They already have an advantage 
since they watch for news all day and I can only look for news when I am off 
duty.
