Let everyone have the same information simultaneously on the internet & you will remove any temptation by insiders to withhold important data for possible personal portfolio gains. Seems fair enough to me, that way we all have the same risk on the up & down side of market fluctuation. Let's not punish the small investors who can't possible react quickly enough before the stock gains or slides, when insiders know exactly what is going to happen & hold important data from their shareholders. Seems like it should be a corporate trust/fiduciary issue to me: whose interest are they serving first: the corporate officers/board members or the shareholders who own the company? Thanks for listening. Rick Bringardner, Mason-McBride
