Subject: REgulation FD Coment

Regulation FD comment - File No S7-31-99.
As a retired Series 7 licensed broker and option specialist, I think it 
obvious that the passage and enforcement of Reglation FD is long overdue. 
Now that an ever-growing percentage of daily trading volume consists of 
do-it-yourself traders who are investing without the benefit of analysts and 
brokers with an 'inside' track, it seems antideluvian for any individuals or 
groups to have early or exclusive access to information not available to 
all.
I support Regulation FD and all it stands for.
