Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Sir:
     
As a member of the general public and an occasional stock investor, I 
wholeheartedly
support Regulation FD (Fair Disclosure).  Information regarding companies should
be distributed widely with access for all interested parties in timely fashion 
without preference.
