Subject: Proposed Regulation FD (Fair Disclosure)
 
Please, Please, Please consider this for adoption. I'm sick and tired of 
having companies being "allowed" to selectively disclose news to a select 
few and then allow them to tell their friends to either get in or out of a 
stock prior to the news being announced to the public. The volume spikes 
prior to the public announcement show that the "professionals" are abusing 
the power and it's time to level the field. Stuart J. Kaswell, general 
counsel of the Securities Industry Association, is blowing smoke when he 
claims that it will hinder the information that companies will release. He 
is only concerned with how his members will be cut out of a very lucrative 
position that they currently enjoy and exploit.
