Subject: "Proposed Regulation FD" 

They say to let the SEC know how you stand on the proposed rule. 
     
I, William T. Bailey, say this:
It is a slap in the face of all the American's who have died so you can 
live.  If honesty has to be pleaded for, the country is in a hell of a 
shape.
