Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

Dear Sirs:
     
I applaud your efforts to assure Full Disclosure to 
all investors and not just selective information to a 
chosen few.  With on-line investing growing every day, 
more and more individuals are making their own 
investment decisions, basing those decisions on 
available sources of information.  When that 
information is not accurate or timely or is controlled 
by special interests, it is to the detriment of the 
market as a whole.  The time has come for every 
investor to participate equally in the opportunities 
of the marketplace.  I strongly encourage adoption of 
this rule.
