Mr. Levitt:
     
As a relative newcomer (2 years) to the stock investment arena, I have 
invested without benefit of a a "full service" broker.  Having visited a 
number of websites, my identification and location are now known to a number 
of advisors and brokers.  I frequently receive solicitations to become a 
client of someone promising greater returns on my portfolio.  I prefer to 
make my own mistakes, and reap the rewards of my own study and due diligence.
     
I support fair disclosure, as it removes the cloak of secrecy which can 
create advantages and disadvantages for certain classes of individuals.  Fair 
Disclosure is more in keeping with the American traditions of freedom and 
equal opportunity for all.
