Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

I support non-selective disclosure and rule changes that will bring this 
about. An open, or transparent, market is best for all investors- even 
brokerage firms. Fairness demands the proposed changes. In an era of 
concern about the effects of special interests, you have an opportunity 
to uphold the "basic principle of fairness". Everyone in this business 
"deserves no less".
