To whom this may concern,

I am a student of finance at Arizona State University. I have recently been spending much of my time pouring through SAI's of various mutual funds for a governance project. My humble suggestion to the SEC is that one SAI template be developed for all "Fund Families" to follow. This will give laymen a fighting change to understand and compare similar aspects of various funds. Thank you much.
