This is a Registered e-Mailsm from Frank Maguire.

It was nice talking with you and as I mentioned, following a presentation by RPost to the Financial Services Roundtable and BITS, Lisa McGreevy suggested that we talk with the appropriate people at the SEC to bring Registered e-Mail to their attention.

Therefore, I was hoping that you could direct me to the office where there would be interest in learning of a simple, government tested and used, technological solution to the late trade concern. Briefly, Registered e-Mail provides legal proof of delivery, receipt and content to any Internet address and the time stamp is official government time. Our service providers are AT&T, Sprint and Quest and the service is on the General Services Administration's IT schedule. The GAO is the longest user of Registered e-Mail and because of the time sensitive nature of federal contract bid protests, our official time stamp is critical for many of its applications.

As I mentioned our technology is government accredited as a result of the thorough due diligence exercise that RPost went through with the US Postal Service just before the Congress instructed the UPS to exit the electronic business, which negated its co-branding interest with us. Also, Symantec has invested in RPost and is represented on our board of directors.

Attached is a file that will acquaint you with RPost the company and Registered e-Mail the service.

Thank you again for your interest and assistance and we look forward to visiting with the appropriate staff within the SEC to demonstrate how easily our Registered e-Mail service could assist the industry with their late trade problems and compliance concerns.
