Your. Arthur Levitt and fellow commisioners:
     
It strikes me that refusing to implement a non-discriminatory policy is 
tantamount to making a decision based on moral / ethical / spiritual / 
religious values / religious beliefs.  This is in direct contradiction 
to our Bill of Rights.
     
As you are a body of powerful body of people that is to serve the 
public, though not elected by the people, it would seem to me that you 
represent all the people on a non-discriminatory basis.
     
Waiting is!  Fulfilled is!  Grok is!   May the FORCE be with you!
