Date: 1/6/98 2:02 PM Subject: Re: rule S7-25-97 I am writing you to show my concern about the proposed rule S7-25-97 because it takes away stockholder's right to deliberate and vote on at open stockholder meetings initiatives that they want to bring up. I am especially concerned because these initiatives that will be prevented usually are concerning issues about how the company does business concerning sexual harassment and discrimination. If the stockholders don't have the right to bring up these issues when the company is ignoring them who will? The stockholders need to have these rights. Plese inform me as to how you make your desision and hope you take my thoughts into consideration. Sincerely, Lara Meyer 128 Blackburn St. Santa Cruz, CA 95060 goddess1@cats.ucsc.edu
