Dear Mr. Levitt,
          
I am writing you to voice my strong opposition to the proposed rule 
changes in regards to submitting shareholder resolutions.  These 
changes would severely damage the already limited ability of 
concerned shareholders to propose resolutions of crucial importance.
     
Once again, I urge you to REJECT the proposed changes.  Thank you for
