Subject: I oppose rule S7-25-97
     
Dear People,
     
I am opposed to the stockholder gag rule.  We investors should have the 
freedom to question the practices of the companies we invest in.  
     
On occasion, stockholder initiatives can be a nuisance, but that's a small 
price to pay to assure the liberty of American investors.
