Dear Arthur Levitt:
    As a stockholder, I am strongly opposed to S7-25-97, and urge you to
do what you can to oppose it and stop this kind of gag on stockholders. 
If open debate is not part of the process of stockholder meetings, we 
cannot demonstrate our concern to board members without a major effort 
at their recall.  Please support us in opposing this piece of 
legislation.
