I am writing to express my opposition to the securities gag rule that is about 
to be debated.   As a decade long Board Member of Women on the Job, a Long 
Island based advocacy group for equity in the workplace that has close to 2000 
member,  I feel that denying access to important information about company 
culture is abhorrent.  We all pick stocks based on management and profits.
Why should the management aspect of the company be shrouded?
