It is my belief that these rules will effectively freeze all but the largest investors out of the policy-making process of most corporations and will also make it more difficult for concerned investors from addressing environmental, and human rights issues when they do not involve a large portion of the corporation's business. Because large corporations wield enourmous power, it is imperitive, in my opinon, that all stockholders have the maximum ability to oversee their activities and comment upon them.
