Subject: RULE S7-25-97
     
     
     
     I would like to express my opposition to the S7-25-97 rule which 
     would prevent many stockholder initiatives from being discussed 
     and voted upon at open stockholder meetings.  It is almost 
     unbelievable that this rule is even being considered.
