Subject: cracker barrel Sir: It is incomprehensible that corporate policies effecting public reaction to any type of internal discrimation practises not be addressed and stated in offerings and prospecti. Such policies as cracker barrel's discrimination against homosexual employees need be public. Whether one agrees or not with said policies, and/or whether they are legal in all areas that the said company conducts business is matter for public opinion and the courts to determine; however, on determining the desirability of certain stock offerings, the information definately must be available to the public. thank you, j m besse
