But many of us - especially women, children, minorities, people who are less than rich - NEED the government to protect us. We need protection from greed, the fatal flaw of capitalism. Don't let the SEC take away one of the few pitiful tools that is available to ordinary people. Don't let them make it more difficult for stockholder initiatives to force deliberation and voting on fair employment practices, child labor, discrimination and harassment, gender representation on boards.... I oppose rule S7-25-97 (the stockholder gag rule)
